Back when you couldn’t find a $4 cup of coffee at every street corner served to you by something called a barista, there was a young fella who had this idea to offer people a great steak at a great price.  He knew there were folks out there who wanted a high quality product, impeccable service and lots of energy and personality, but, wanted the best value for their buck.  That idea became the first restaurant known as Logan’s Roadhouse.  The copycats have come and some have gone but it’s time to get back to that original idea.  Who better to do it then that same young fella, David Toole.  David and friends have decided to once again do what they love and do what they know.  They don’t do it fancy-like, but they do it right:  Steaks aged and cut fresh in-house.  Ice cream made fresh in-house.  Yeast rolls made fresh in-house.  I think you get the idea.  We’re keepin’ it simple, no fluff.  It’s Roadhouse.  That means you can pronounce everything we serve and we’ll make sure you’re happy with everything we serve.
